Caroline Bradfield, MACP, RCC

We all know our individual well-being and relationships are integral to personal and professional satisfaction. Towards this end, counselling focuses on mutual goal setting while always working to help a client establish deeply embedded feelings and patterns of self-worth, well-being, and meaningful relationship connections.
Through a respectful and caring exploration encouraging curiosity and gentleness towards your behaviours, emotions, thoughts, and belief systems, you and your relationships are capable of deeper understanding, growth and change.
Creating a sense of wholeness can start with something as simple as feeling heard, seen and understood – key concepts to our individual well-being and relationship satisfaction.
I am passionately in love with the work I do and believe that every person is capable of growth and transformational change. Working with individuals, couples and in family systems, my expertise is in the areas of anxiety, depression, stress, emotional numbing and shutdown, conflict and abuse, grief, loss, unmet expectations, injuries such as infidelity, disappointments and addictions, and forgiveness. I am able to help clients increase self awareness while decreasing the confusion of internal chaos and strife. The outcome is greater overall satisfaction, and better relationships.
Caroline is not accepting new Clients at this time.
