Arianna Clarke-Watts
(MACP, RCC)

I approach counselling work with reverence, curiosity and non-judgment and provide an environment for my clients where they feel encouraged to approach their healing with similar sentiments. I became registered as a clinical counsellor in 2017 and went on to complete my Level 1 training with the IFS institute, my relational somatic therapy certification with Mariah Moser, trauma-sensitive yoga training, ASIST suicide intervention training and San’yas indigenous cultural safety training. Over the last several years I have been fortunate enough to serve the Comox Valley and also walk alongside and serve several Nuu Chah Nulth communities across Vancouver Island. I hold an understanding that the health of human beings is inextricably linked to the health of planet earth and that as we heal and liberate ourselves, we consciously or unconsciously model that opportunity for others as well. On a personal level, I am continuously learning to decolonize the ways I walk on the earth as well as in my counselling practice.

With my guidance you will be invited to compassionately hold parts of yourself from the mental, spiritual, physical or emotional perspective. As you engage in this process you will be invited to release or let go of patterns and/or habits that no longer serve you and move toward a more connected and free path. Specializations:

  • Trauma and complex trauma
  • Self Esteem/Confidence
  • Spiritual inquiry
  • Life Transitions
  • Grief
  • Boundaries And Interpersonal Communication
  • Body Image Issues
  • Feelings Of Disconnection/depression
  • Anxiety
I grew up in the Comox Valley and understand I am a visitor on this traditional territory of the K’ómoks First Nation, who today refer to themselves as Sahtloot, Sasitla, Ieeksun and Puntledge people. I look forward to connecting with you.
