Registered Social Worker, BCCSW# 16908
Liam Sorrenti, [he/him] is currently accepting NEW clients.
You may be struggling to cope, or find it difficult to imagine making change in your life.
I work with people who are feeling overwhelmed by mental health or addiction challenges, and are struggling to find a way to move forward. Together, we work to regulate your brain and body, find new ways to manage stress, and effectively respond to life’s challenges.
My approach is to help people understand what is happening within them and develop practical tools to regulate their nervous system, build resilience, and adapt more effectively to stress. The result I strive for is for people to develop a greater sense of stability, self-trust, and hope—that they can understand their experiences, navigate difficult emotions and circumstances, and have the capacity to move toward a healthier and more fulfilling life.
