Comox Valley Counselling (CVC) is committed to supporting well-being, both in our community and beyond.

Life can be challenging and relationships complicated, and at CVC we know that it takes courage to truly look at ourselves and our past hurts and injuries, and then set a goal to move through them. We don’t do this kind of healing alone. We do it in connection with another person. This is a very human longing – to heal, to find peace inside ourselves, to connect well with others.

At CVC, we know our innate drive to find connection and ease within ourselves is always alive and moving us towards the life we dream of having. We are here to help you build that life, to help you find a healthier you.

Please Note:  We care, and this is a busy time and we are a small office with no reception. We ask for your patience waiting for us to respond to your emails and calls. Email may be a quicker way to reach us.

We welcome clients of all ages, genders, sexual orientations, cultural backgrounds and faiths. We are wheelchair accessible.
