Comox Valley Counselling accepts confidential referrals from physicians, mental health professionals, social workers, and other community healthcare providers.
Our secure referral form is PIPEDA and BC PIPA compliant, ensuring all client information is encrypted and protected.
Please have the following information ready:
- Client name, contact information, and date of birth
- Reason for referral and relevant health information
- Risk factors (violence, suicide risk, etc.)
- Referring practitioner name and contact details
- Insurance information (if applicable)
- Requested service (individual, youth, couples counselling)
