ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS for in-person or virtual appointments.

Life can feel overwhelming when you’re carrying anxiety, navigating difficult relationships, coping with trauma, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. My goal is to provide a space where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and accepted—without judgment.

I believe every person already possesses strengths and resilience, even during seasons when those qualities feel difficult to access. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, build on your existing strengths, and work toward meaningful, sustainable change at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I recognize that no two people have the same story, which is why I tailor therapy to your unique needs, values, and goals. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my work because healing happens best when people feel emotionally safe and understood.

Alongside completing my Master of Psychotherapy and Spirituality, I work as a Mental Health and Substance Use Clinician with Island Health, supporting youth and families experiencing concerns including anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, family conflict, trauma, and substance use. Previously, I spent over ten years with Alberta Health Services in a variety of addiction and mental health counselling roles, providing individual, family, and group counselling, completing comprehensive assessments, facilitating Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) groups, supporting clients through recovery, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams across community and healthcare settings. My clinical experience has strengthened my commitment to trauma-informed, client-centred, and evidence-informed care.

Whether you are facing a specific challenge or simply looking for a place to better understand yourself, I would be honoured to walk alongside you in your journey toward healing and growth. What brings me a sense of ease:

Outside of counselling, I feel most at ease when I’m near the ocean, walking in nature, journalling, or sharing meaningful conversations with the people I care about. These moments help me slow down, reconnect with what matters most, and appreciate the value of being fully present.
